Research on existing 28mm sumo oriented models, then on historical and current Japanese sumo.
Extensive research brought up none-zero-null usable models. The few sumo models out there are either underpants arena bloats or outright monsters. i only found two that was somewhat humanlike and within my vision; 1 for Bushido by Zak Valentin and 1 for Shadows of Brimstone.
But I thought all lacked what I visioned Sumos would wear outside the arena, when trotting off to defend shrines, crops and locals. So I decided to add some armour and gave them greaves and allowed them to wield a variety of 2H weapons or Katana.
During all my research i came across the Tsuna belt and decided to give each one of these.
