As the army not only has a load of theme and concept for the culture/organization, minis are emerging from the printer and all Units defined. So, as an army can be fielded with IoM's or proxies, I decided to move the list from beta to official in its own subforum.
Also, Transport Carts purchase is changed to be dependable of mounted Units, resulting in a max of 6. And cost is doubled.
