Type: Annual Herbaceous plant

Dogauk presents itself as a diminutive herb, with slender light green stalks bearing delicate darker green leaves and berries. The berries exhibit a vibrant green hue in their unripe state, transitioning to a striking blue when ripened, and eventually fading into an alluring orange hue upon withering.

Preparation: To harness the full potency of Dogauk, the leaves must be plucked at the peak of their berry’s blue colouration. These plucked leaves are then subjected to a meticulous drying process, which spans three days.

Product: Dried leaves.

Use: The dried Degiik leaves must be administered to a person at the brink of death, in a bid to invoke the herb’s extraordinary power.

Effect: Upon ingesting the dried Degiik leaf, the essence of the herb binds the spirit of the dying individual to their physical form, postponing their departure from the mortal realm. The person gains an additional day of life due to the herb’s miraculous influence.

While Dogauk’s influence is profound, it is not a definitive cure for the person’s ailment. If no other curative measures are taken, ensure that another dose of the herb is administered before the effects wear off to avoid the unfortunate consequence of a premature departure.

The effects of Dogauk, represented by the dried leaves, extend the recipient’s life span by a single day. However, the potency of the herb is not infinite and the benefits may only be utilized once.
